About the event

Build on your skills and knowledge from the Pain Reprocessing Therapy Foundations Class and stay supported and connected to community. Here we will review the major themes of pain reprocessing including: neuroplastic pain, fear and avoidance, somatic tracking, and continue to celebrate areas of calmness and joy in life. We will also expand our emotional management skills by exploring the emotional patterns that may lead to pain and discomfort (such as anxiety, perfectionism, self criticism) and dive deeper into how to work with these patterns.
